- Create calendar events for all upcoming churchwide activities
- NOTE: Event’s settings should include:
- Summary / Description
- Registration URL: signup form (if applicable)
- Event Image: graphic (if one exists)

- Weekly input of attendance via Headcounts on web
- Student attendance will eventually be tracked automatically via Check-Ins
- Attendance could also be entered via Headcounts app during Sunday service

- Generating reports about group attendance, membership, etc. (?)

- Database management (ARTICLES)
- Creating/managing forms (ARTICLE / VIDEO)
- Signups happen primarily through these forms (although Planning Center is geared towards their own Registrations module, using a form in People is a free alternative)
- Creating/managing lists (ARTICLE / VIDEO)
- Useful for sending e-mails to groups that meet specific criteria
- Creating/managing workflows (ARTICLES / VIDEO)
- Workflows will be utilized more in the future, as we manage things such as the SHAPE Assessment
- While you can manually add someone to a workflow, there are also ways to have a Form accomplish this automatically
